After completing the pilot program and connecting 4 students to tenured Professors and post-docs resulting in desirable academic outcomes (successful projects, candidates achieving success like full-ride to a R1 university who mentioned this experience in their applications) we are pausing the program until further notice. We are planning on how to best service students by re-structuring this program to be scalable. We will restart this program depending on when we can solve for sustainable funding and scalable project sourcing.
